fanandfunshop.com delivers products and services in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Loss insurance during delivery applies to the delivery in the designated area.

Terms of delivery
Delivery is made to the recipient. All shipments are made through DPD transportation services provider. In cooperation with official freight associate, fanandfunshop.com offers reliable and flexible delivery service to the final recipient. The delivery technique to the final recipient is carried out through the following steps:
  • Early delivery notification to shipment recipient via e-mail or text message!
  • By clicking on the link listed in the e-mail or text message notification, the recipient can choose from a variety of package delivery options, even after the first delivery attempt
  • Three delivery attempts.
Additional delivery options available prior to shipment and following the first unsuccessful shipment attempt:
  • Delivery to the original address on a specific date.
  • Delivery to other addresses.
  • Package delivery and storage to a specified location without proof of delivery (POD)
  • Personal collection of shipment in DPD regional warehouse (depot).
  • Refusal of shipment.

The delivery is free for orders exceeding the amount of 200,00 HRK. For orders not exceeding 200,00 HRK, delivery is charged in the standard lump sum of 30,00 HRK.
The carrier (DPD) delivers products or services within a maximum of 48 hours after collecting the shipment from fanandfunshop.com warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays), except for islands where delivery is made within 72 hours after collecting the shipment from fanandfunshop.com warehouse.

Products will be packaged in a way that prevents damages during standard transport handling. The customer is obliged to check products for eventual damages upon the acceptance and immediately report to a worker who handled the delivery, i.e., refuse to accept the shipment with visible external damages. The customer is obliged to sign a bill of lading or delivery note upon the receipt of order and delivery service provider shall take this as a take-over declaration.
